Learning more than one language is critical for young Australians

A event in Brisbane today showcased how knowing a second language is important for employability and cultural awareness.

Young Australians are more interested in learning a new language, with Year 9 students choosing to study multiple languages.

The University of Queensland developed its third, Language Experience Day with more than 400 Year 9 students across South East Queensland.
